Shipping

All orders within New Zealand are sent via Fastway Couriers and your order is normally despatched within 3 working days once payment has been processed into our account and providing raw materials are available as all orders are made individually for you.  For orders posted outside New Zealand delivery times may vary.  Please note that we only deliver to physical addresses, not PO Boxes. 

If you wish your order to be processed faster, we recommend you pay via Internet Banking and send us a copy of your receipt showing confirmation of your payment.

Book orders are subject to the time factor listed on each title... as we do not generally carry these in stock, and are ordered in from around the world for you.  In some rare cases we may be notified that they are currently out of publication and are awaiting a new print batch.  You will be notified if this is the case and asked how you wish to proceed.

Delivery Costs

• New Zealand via Fastway Couriers:
  Nationwide (under 1.8kg) - $7.95 (arrives next day for North Island main centres). 
  Northland (under 25kg) - $8.95
  Auckland (under 25kg) - $8.95
  Rest of North Island (under 10kg) - $14.50
  South Island (under 5kg) - $14.50
  South Island (5-10kg) - $21.75
  Rural Delivery - an extra charge of $4.50 (for every order over 4.5kg) for orders under $50.00.

• New Zealand via NZ Post:
  ParcelPost Tracked (Nationwide & Rural Deliveries under 5kg) - $7.95
  These are sent from our nearest post office which is 2.2 km away, so please do not ask us to send it for a cheaper rate.

• Australia & South Pacific from $12.00 for 500 gm

• North America & Asia from $15.00 for 500 gm

• UK & Europe from $19.00 for 500 gm

These charges are added during the checkout process.  A surcharge may apply for heavy orders.
We have a minimum order value of $7.50.  Any orders under $7.50 will be a charged a fee of $5.00. as even the smallest orders incur the same time in packaging and postage.

Please note that some countries prohibit the delivery of essential oils, crystals and perfumed goods.

Products that arrive damaged will be replaced at no cost to you.
