Shipping
All orders within New Zealand that are not Rural Delivery are sent via Fastway Couriers and your order is normally despatched within 3 working days once payment has been processed into our account and providing raw materials are available as all orders are made individually for you after payment has been received.  Please note the driver for our area picks up once a day at 9am!

For orders posted outside New Zealand, delivery times may vary.  Please note that we only deliver to physical addresses, not PO Boxes.  Please view NZ Post's webpage http://www.nzpost.co.nz/sending-internationally/delivery-zones for indications of delivery times.  Our website calculates your shipping based on the International Air rate.  
If you would like to be upgraded to International Courier, please advise us in the Comments section when you place your order.  You can estimate your shipping costs here.

If you wish your order to be processed faster, we recommend you pay via PayPal.  Book orders are subject to the time factor listed on each title... as we do not generally carry these in stock, and they are ordered in from around the world for you. In some rare cases we may be notified that they are currently out of publication and are awaiting a new print batch. You will be notified if this is the case and asked how you wish to proceed.

Delivery Costs
New Zealand via Fastway Couriers:
Nationwide A5 Trackpack (Mica & Dry ingredient Orders only up to 1kg, no glass or liquids) - $5.07
Nationwide (under 1.8kg) - $9.74 (arrives next day for North Island main centres).
Nationwide (under 1.8kg) + Rural Delivery - $13.80 (arrives 2-5 days depending on areas, is tracked).
Shorthaul (under 15kg) - $10.70 (Whangarei, Hamilton, Rotorua, Tauranga Whakatane)
Auckland (under 25kg) - $6.67
Rest of North Island (under 10kg) - $14.50
South Island (under 5kg) - $14.78
South Island (5-10kg) - $22.37
Rural Delivery - an extra charge of $4.45 (for every order over 2kg).

New Zealand via NZ Post:
Standard Post (Mica Samples only up to 10) - $2.50
ParcelPost Tracked (Nationwide & Rural Deliveries under 5kg) - $14.78
These are sent from our nearest post office which is 2.2 km away, so please do not ask us to send it for a cheaper rate.
Australia & South Pacific from $12.00 for 500 gm
North America & Asia from $15.00 for 500 gm
UK & Europe from $19.00 for 500 gm

These charges are added during the checkout process. A surcharge may apply for heavy orders.
We have a minimum order value of $7.50. Any orders under $7.50 will be a charged a fee of $5.00, as even the smallest orders incur the same time in packaging and postage.
Please note that some countries prohibit the delivery of essential oils, crystals and perfumed goods.
Products that arrive damaged will be replaced at no cost to you.
