For NZ'ders, Your shopping cart has the option to pick up from our premises, or to have your order sent via courier. All orders within New Zealand that are not Rural Delivery are sent via Fastway Couriers and your order is normally despatched within 5 working days once payment has been processed into our account and providing raw materials are available as all orders are made individually for you after payment has been received. For orders posted outside New Zealand, delivery times may vary. Please note that we only deliver to physical addresses, not PO Boxes. If you wish your order to be processed faster, we recommend you pay via PayPal. Book orders are subject to the time factor listed on each title... as we do not generally carry these in stock, and they are ordered in from around the world for you. In some rare cases we may be notified that they are currently out of publication and are awaiting a new print batch. You will be notified if this is the case and asked how you wish to proceed.

Rest of North Island (under 10kg) - $15.72
Rural Delivery - an extra charge of $4.67 (for every order).

These charges are added during the checkout process. A surcharge may apply for heavy or bulky orders.
We have a minimum order value of $7.50. Any orders under $7.50 will be a charged a fee of $5.00. as even the smallest orders incur the same time in packaging and postage.Please note that some countries prohibit the delivery of essential oils, crystals and perfumed goods.
Products that arrive damaged will be replaced at no cost to you.
