Description: Argan oil is rich in Oleic and Linoleic acids and Vitamin E and is considered to be slow oxidising. It is best suited for dry and dehydrated skin conditions as well as dermatitis, eczema and psoriasis, in topical applications.

Common Uses: Small amounts of Argan Oil is typically added to cosmetics in order to feed the skin, enrich the absorption of the product, and improve its shelf life. It is used predominantly by cosmetic manufacturers (particularly great in hair products, lotions and creams) and hair dressers.
Argan oil can be used to soothe the skin and has moisturising properties which makes it ideal for dry, mature skin and assists in the healing of undernourished, parched skin, eczema and nappy rash.
Consistency: Typical but slightly thicker than most Carrier Oils.
Absorption: Argan is readily absorbed in dry skin, may leave a slight film on oily skin.
Shelf life: Argan oil is slow to go rancid; users can expect a shelf life of 2 Years with proper storage conditions (cool, out of direct sunlight). Refrigeration after opening is recommended.
