This is an organic, bio-fermented and highly soluble brown rice protein with added lysine and proteolytic enzymes. It makes a great smoothie base for sensitive stomachs.
I have it with 1 scoop in either 1 cup of organic unsweetened almond milk, or a 50/50 blend of almond and coconut milk/cream, 1/2 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen), a tbsp of LSA mix and some lemon or lime zest, and throw it all into my magic bullet. When my tummy is feeling really blah, I add probiotic powder after blending.
