ARTEMIS Cool and Calm Tea

Traditional recipe for regulating and calming responses to hormonal changes.

Directions

Take 1-3 cups daily an enjoyable health drink to support you during menopause. 

For full regulating benefit and temperature balance take 3 cups daily until new hormonal regime is well established. 

Take as an evening drink ˝ to 1 hour before bedtime for a restful sleep.

Preparation
Take 1 level teaspoon (1g) per cup (150ml), place into infuser, plunger or china pot, pour over boiling water and leave to infuse for 5-10 minutes. Do not microwave.

ARTEMIS Cool and Calm Tea is suitable for women during the change.

Use as directed. If you are on prescription medicines (re. St. John's Wort) or if symptoms persist see your health professional.

Storage
To avoid external contamination close container immediately after use.  Keep away from heat and moisture.  Store in fridge in hot and humid climates.  You can reuse the cans for our 60g and 150g value pack refills.
