Directions

Take 1-3 cups daily as an enjoyable female tonic. 

For full regulating and toning benefit take 3 cups daily for a minimum of 8-12 weeks. Once cycle is satisfactory take 1-3 cups daily in the second half of the cycle for maintenance. 

ARTEMIS PMT Ease Tea is a time-honoured, formula that generally balances, strengthens and tones the female reproductive system. European women traditionally take a female tonic twice a year for 4-6 weeks to support optimum reproductive health. All menstruating women will benefit from following this healthy tradition.

Preparation 
Take 1 level teaspoon (1g) per cup (150ml), place into infuser, plunger or china pot, pour over boiling water and leave to infuse for 5-10 minutes. Do not microwave.

For women of all ages, including during the menopausal change.

Storage
To avoid external contamination close container immediately after use. Keep away from heat and moisture. Store in fridge in hot and humid climates. You can reuse the cans for our 60g and 150g value pack refills.
