If you have a problem with your gums; get this product; you won't be disappointed. I use it on a regular basis as a mouthwash now; using 3 x 1/2 teaspoons to 1 cup of water. It can also be applied direct to the gums if necessary for quick relief.
Buying off this website has been a real pleasure, with Tania having a wealth of knowledge before my initial purchase was made. Just going to buy another bottle .....
