Zinc Oxide is an inert cosmetic ingredient use most commonly for its antibacterial, UV-A and UV-B protection properties.
It is also used for its soothing effects with skin irritations, as well as to thicken lotions and creams.
Used highly in cosmetic blends of foundation, eyeshadow and more. Safe for use on lips, eyes, face, nails.
