Try our luxuriously nurturing massage oil blend to add our Pregnancy Synergy to, or a selection of your own essential oils.  Each oil has its own properties to gently nurture, soothe and nourish your skin through this time of change.

With Omega 3, 6 & 9 essential fatty acids for feeding your skin.

 
• Apricot - a rich moisturising oil that is high in oleic (omega-9) and linoleic acid that is easily absorbed by your skin and aids in keeping it supple.
 
• Avocado - is rich in vitamins A and D, as well as lecithin,  potassium and omega-9 fatty acids. This combination of properties makes avocado oil a delightful skin food.
 
• Evening Primrose - is rich in GLAs and omega-6 fatty acids, is easily absorbed, and improves the condition of your skin, nails and hair.
 
• Flaxseed - is high in omega-3 fatty acids which help nourish your skin.
 
• Rosehip - a treat for your skin with its abiltiy to help repair and regenerate skin tissue.

To use: 
Massage Oil - apply 1-2 x day by gently massaging the areas of your body which you are treating and directing the strokes towards the heart as this helps improve circulation.

Roll On / Pulse Point - add to a roller bottle, and apply to desired areas without getting your hands oily... a great option for work and travel.  You can do this with our 10ml and 50ml bottles.
