This nurturing and richly nourishing blend, which smells divine due to its blend of oils, is very uplifting with a floral top note and an earthy base, will help prevent the worst of stretchmarks as all of the ingredients are carefully formulated for their nurturing properties.

• Frankincense - is one of the oldest essential oils around and has been used for its treatment of scars, wrinkles and damaged skin. It has has cicatrisant (formation of scar tissue), cytophylactic (encourages growth of skin cells) and vulnerary (wound healing) properties, making it an ideal starter for this blend.
 
• Geranium - also has cicatrisant and cytophylactic  properties, and has been used for treating burns and wounds as well as over stretched skin.
 
• Rosewood - has been used for centuries for healing damaged skin due to its cytophylactic abilities.
 
• Neroli - also known as orange blossom, has cicatrisant properties as well as a divine uplifting scent.
 
• Tangerine - comes highly recommended in preventing stretchmarks due to its cytophylactic property.
 
• Apricot - a rich moisturising oil that is high in oleic (omega-9) and linoleic acid that is easily absorbed by your skin and aids in keeping it supple.
 
• Avocado - is rich in vitamins A and D, as well as lecithin,  potassium and omega-9 fatty acids. This combination of properties makes avocado oil a delightful skin food.
 
• Evening Primrose - is rich in GLAs and omega-6 fatty acids, is easily absorbed, and improves the condition of your skin, nails and hair.
 
• Olive - is rich in oleic acid which helps nourish your skin.

To use: 
Massage Oil - gently massage the areas of your body which are going to grow and stretch in small circles and direct your final strokes towards the heart as this helps improve circulation and flush out any toxins you may have released..

Roll On / Pulse Point - add to a roller bottle, and apply to scarred areas without getting your hands oily - the essential oils will do the work for you... a great option for work and travel.  You can do this with our 10ml and 50ml bottles.

This was one of my very first formulations which I used when I was pregnant with my son Kyle... I showed very quickly and everyone was convinced I was carrying twins, but it was a 9lb 9oz heffalump!  I put this oil everywhere except on the outside area of my breasts, and they were the only part of me that developed stretchmarks when my milk came in... that could also have been because I went from an A cup to a D (on conception) to J (after birth due to milk production) so I recommend starting this as early as you can during your pregnancy.
On the upside, this also helps with tissue repair afterwards.
