Walnut Exfoliant - Coarse for Body

This is the ground walnut I use in my Honey and Walnut soap - not too harsh, feels lovely on the skin as it exfoliates and depending on your base product, can leave a silky glow.

As an indication of how much to use - I use 30gm per kilo of soap.

Not recommended for facial masks unless you are able to grind it down to a smaller particle size.
