Coco Glucoside (Coconut derived)

Like cocobetaine, coco glucoside is a mild, high foaming natural surfactant.  It is mild to hair and skin, and has excellent cleansing and foaming properties.  Ideal for babies and those with very sensitive skin.

It has a pH of 4.5 - 5.5 and 20-40% is used in your formulation.

Please note: if you are adding this to a recipe with a grated soap base, you will get lots and lots of suds, and not a lot of cleaning action... and you will need to be able to measure pH levels so you don't burn your skin by having your formulation too acidic or alkaline depending on the original soap bar you are using.  Your ideal finished pH is around 6-7.
