Rice Powder - Cosmetic Grade (Thailand)

I use Rice powder in my mineral veils and mineral foundation formulas. It can be used in place of cornstarch or talc in your formula or combined with it. 

For those of you who experience irritated skin from starch or talc, this will be perfect.   

It adds a nice slip and silky application to all your mineral formulas, leaving the skin with a porcelain shine-free finish, and doesn't appear to accentuate lines and wrinkles. 

Rice powder has a lightweight, translucent effect and offers slow oil-absorbing properties. This can also be used to make your own body powders and nappy powders, especially for those with sensitive skin.

Please note that it does not state gluten-free on the packaging, well, not in English anyway, however, I have not reacted to it by handling it.
