Beeswax - Natural (Organic)

Our Beeswax is organic, although not certified.  Our supplier is a friend of ours that has his own hives.

Warm, sweet and naturally scented, Beeswax is a natural substance obtained from the honeycomb of the honeybee.

Unrefined Beeswax is often used as a thickener, emulsifier or stiffening agent in various cosmetics, as well as for polishing furniture and carvings. It can also be used alone for making pure beeswax candles, working to improve a candle's colour and lengthen its burning time.

Heres a great recipe for you to try using our Beeswax!

Solid Perfume in Spring Fever
30ml Jojoba Oil
30ml Almond Oil
40g Beeswax Unrefined
10 drops Bergamot Essential Oil
5 drops Patchouli Essential Oil
5 drops Ylang Ylang Essential Oil

Combine the ingredients in a double boiler and blend over a low heat. Then pour into one of our Lip Balm containers, or our any of our 15 ml glass jars for a snazzy, portable, little perfume!
